**NOTE: I've only used the centaur body for my character. I'd recommend making the default Sims skin if you have a female sim. I've only seen a couple people make custom cosmetics for it, but I don't recommend it because it doesn't look very good.

By the way, I'm not sure why you'd want to wear those leather boots in any case; they look so silly on a centaur. It'd be better to have poly-suede boots - you can find them from various companies; check out the website www.sigismond.com/boots/.
It is very difficult to take a screenshot of the centaur. It was so hard to find a picture of the female version that I had to take a picture of the male version instead. I was actually very surprised that there was not a centaur for the female version.
Don't know if I should post links to each individual centaur model, or if you can just click the centaur body item in CAS and it takes you to the download. Find the mod that includes the centaur in the preview photos, and download and unzip it. Then you can just drag the files from the unpacked folder into your CAS, and download the skins included in the zip.
I just figured out how to get rid of the centaur body completely; you need to go to the CAS folder and delete the file called 'human' in the'skins' folder (it's in the zip file that you downloaded).
If you do decide to leave CAS enabled, you'll have to manually delete the centaur from your game. First, go to the The Sims 4 online community and find a file called e2w_ea0014.ini (in the General folder). Open up the ini file and look for the line: sim_bodytype=0.0. You'll need to look for this line and delete the 0.0, so it reads sim_bodytype=. Take a look at the source files to find out exactly how you have to delete it.
